One day I visited a friend of mine,Thomas, who is blind.And because it was night he did something that taught me alot.
Upon entering the house Thomas switched on the light.
And I asked him “Thomas,why did you put on the light yet you can’t see?”………,……………….Thomas laughed for a long time,swithed off the light and went to the kitchen,after a short while he came with a pot of tea and eggs,placed them perfectly well on the table and switched on the light again

What Thomas said made me shed tears bcos he said,
“Donny! I did not put on the light for my own sake,I did it for you for you needed it since you are not blind like me”. Then he asked me, “Donny!!How many times have you switched off the light for other people and denied them an opportunity to see light just bcos you yourself do not need it?”

I ask you the same question today,How many times have you put off your lights and denied others an opportunity to see the light while they are in darkness???

May God help us to put on light for others that they can see.

Why would you let your accounts grow to millions while your brother’s child is going barefooted, why would you put clothes you don’t wear in the closet while someone out there is almost going naked.Why would food rot in your house while there is someone out there sleeping hungry.That is equivalent to putting off a bulb in the dark.

you might lose your family members

If you expect the world to be fair with you
beacuse you are fair with them.
It’s like expecting a lion not to eat you

Its better to fail in originality than to succeed in limitation.

When the Army of lsrael saw Goliath, they said ;”
He’s too big to kill!”
When David saw Goliath,he said,”
He’s too big to miss!”

Same problem,different perspective. May God grant you a revelation that will bring down your Goliath. As a child of God may you not miss your goal, the Lord is aiming it for you,Pick up your stones and sling like David it will not be by your power or , strength but by the spirit of the Lord.
